Unfortunately, we are not allowed to advertise the medical benefits of our products (see this article) without investing years and millions for approval from authorities.
However, we are currently allowed to educate physicians and professionals about the effects, but we are not allowed to publicly promote them. Acquiring physicians is laborious and expensive though, as their assistants are often instructed to get rid of salespersons and direct mail is mostly thrown away unread.
