Our first offer is problem-solving and innovation challenges for corporations and non-profit organisations, or anyone who wants to challenge the community to create ideas and solutions. We believe that lots of brains will bring better solutions for any challenge than just a few.
Depending on how fast the community grows and supports the vision, and depending on how fast we succeed in raising the necessary funds to implement the rest of our concept, we will integrate the many features that will turn this platform into an awesome tool that goes way beyond of what you can see right now and which make this great vision of a better ecosystem possible.
Why we do what we do
Many Western people are afraid that their jobs get outsourced to low-wage countries. Now, even more are afraid that the ongoing digitalization, ever smarter robots and algorithms are not just shifting the jobs to other regions but totally eliminating them in every region. Soon, we will face questions like what millions of cab and truck drivers should do once the self-driving cars take over. Or what shall the analysts do whose reports are written and sent to their bank’s customers by an app, or the controllers who become obsolete because of ever smarter business software?
Bad enough that people are afraid to lose their jobs. What’s just as bad, is that most people hate the job they are afraid to lose.
Yes, you can complain and be afraid of the fact that automatization, robotics and, more than anything, digitalization will eliminate millions of jobs very soon and worldwide. You can also keep hating your job and only dream of a better world. Or you can stand up and join us to create something new!
Yes, big corporations will always have the pressure to cut costs and thus eliminate jobs, but they won’t eliminate work. As long as there are problems there is work for you.
